This article is based on the e-book ‘Simple weight loss recipes’, which is sold over at the Books and Traders website. In this book there are six chapters, and in each chapter it shows how you can turn a simple healthy ingredient to a tasteful, delicious meal. I would like to share with you some of the contents from the first three chapters.
The perception that thin people are healthy people could not be further from the truth as east is from the west, though in contrast the thought that obese or overweight people are unhealthy is most likely true. Although I am not saying it is, some obesity is due to genetics, but don’t use this as an excuse as to why you might be over your ideal weight and can’t lose the last few pounds.
